That's up to your hosting app to decide. Check the code in the quickstart SecurityHeaders filter to control. Ah yes, now I think I see what's happening.

Selenium Webdriver - iFrames

Sounds like your page hosting the iframe has CSP that prohibits what you're trying to do. So you should control it the way you need. In the site which i put in iframe or in site which contains iframe? In my ASP. So it uses FormPost response mode. Astimus how did you solve your problem? I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to display a client in an iframe provided by the Identityserver host.

The problem is that 'self' is not included inside frame-ancestors. That means the client can display itself in an iframe but the identityserver can't. Is there any security risk to include "self" to the frame-ancestors in general allowing the identityserver to display Clients as an iframe? There is no way to override that part for the authorize endpoint.

I even tried to make a middleware that replaces that header but it doesn't work as the response already started to be send.

I'm still unclear on the issue here. If it is, then the CSP should work and allow the authorize endpoint in the iframe.

Rails 4: Allow your site to be iframed by another site.

I'm having the same issue when trying to logout from a React based app, login works great, but when logging out, I have this. So there is something in the itentityserver4 logout page that seems the browser does not like, if don't even show me the link to return to mi site. This is basically the same configuration and roundtrip I did for login and it worked as a charm there, so I find kind of weird that logout does not work out the same way.

I believe brockallen is right, there's no real issue in identityserver here. In which case, the code in AddCspHeaders is defaulting to frame-ancestors: none. I changed my client server to always use Referrer Policy with strict-origin-when-cross-origin, which should allow the web browser to send back the correct redirect and thus allow the frame-ancestors to render properly allowing the client to operate the iframe.

I'm going to dig a little further into the Response. GetOrigin ; code. I have a SPA at one url my-spa.By using our site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Cookie PolicyPrivacy Policyand our Terms of Service.

Our issue was the result of running under and "evaluation" licensing status. That said, we have a license and believe it had been applied. This is where is got a little tricky We then installed Report Server on top of that.

CTP cannot be licensed and had prevented the Key from taking. We had a hardware issue that forced a reboot of the machine, at which point the server must had recognized the evaluation had expired when the services restarted. The server had not been rebooted for a few months. Because the CTP could not be licensed and was also running in "evaluation" that seemed to prevent us from licensing PBI report server and even though we entered the key, it reverted to "evaluation" status.

When we uninstalled the CTP, we were able to get the license to take, but at that point, the web portal configuration seemed to have issues. The end result for us was to stand up a new Power BI Report Server, license it and migrate the configuration and database s. Once we did, everything came back.
